The next set of "Make your own and save to your own computer messages..."

This is a German site, the "Beschriften" link under each picture leads you to the message options. "Weiter" makes the picture... You must right click and save to your computer, then upload somewhere.

The top line only shows 17 characters and spaces on the wall photo. The bottom line more. I don't know about the other items.
