The show starts out talking about discriminational promotions at ballgames and other events. Subsequent discussion gets into the resultant lawsuits under California's "Unruh Act," a law specific to California. Marc Angelucci goes on to explain how this type of discrimination against men feeds into an acceptance of discrimination against men in far more significant areas like child custody and domestic violence.
