Not sure... According to his loyal listeners at StandYourGround, his last broadcast was the end of July. One person from SYG reportedly received an e-mail from him in August that he was reshuffling. He's still updating his blog and has been involved in other men's rights projects. Hopefully he'll find another station and come back... His archived stuff is still great though.

Saw this on SYG today...
Quote:
Glenn just emailed me to say that His Side finished over the summer and did not make enough ad revenue to continue. He is going to concentrate on columns for a while. His Side will be sorely missed.
Someone at SYG also recommended Glenn as MRA of the year...

It's getting close to the end of 2005 folks. I propose we give some thought to the past year and what has been achieved. And by whom.

I propose that we run nominations for the MRA of the year. Perhaps even innundate Time magazine with our nominations. Anyone know their email?

For starters I nominate Glenn Sacks. He has achieved outstandingly over the 'Throw rocks at Boys" campaign and the "Breaking the Silence" campaign, seriously confronting the feminist bias of the PBS. He has developed a means of taking the battle to the heartlands of Feminist effect and rallying thousands of responses.

For non American effort, I nominate Fathers 4 Justice, for their outstanding efforts to bring the public's attention to the wreckage of family by the Family Court system of Great Britain. Their verve and audacity have been emulated in several countries and lauded by the press and major celebrities who have rallied to the cause, including Sir Bob Geldorf and Pierce Brosnan.

The effectiveness of both Sacks and F4J can be measured by the seriousness which our enemies have taken them and the attacks that they have both endured.

A lot would vote for Glenn, saw somebody advocate for Tom Leykis...

Saw a post elsewhere pointing to this article today. Glenn is under-appreciated, I think.
