Massive Misuse Of Funds
Hamilton County May Have Misspent $1 Billion, Audit Says

Investigators have uncovered nearly $1 billion in questionable
spending by the Hamilton County, Ohio agency serving children,
child support and collections.

The audit now underway will show there are clear violations,
and "question costs," which are expenses without clear
