Was Sal's "gaffe" a complete put-on or an opportunity to "whoop on" Sal?
Complete put-on, Sal was in from the beginning.

The gaffe and apology were what they were. The "blackface" was going too far.

I heard Bubba hit both Sal and Richard, but didn't hear where (which show or event)?? Does anyone know? Better yet - does anyone have a clip? If it happened during a show, let me know which and approx. how far into the show. Thanks!!

But, but, but.. She WAS 'hot...'

Yeah that's her (click around..), I got it from Kimba's (Mutt's girlfriend's) SFN profile... She has since removed the pictures of HER kids though since this has happened on the air. That isn't Mutt's daughter, he isn't even married. They are just dating for last 9 years - she said.
About that Bubba, Sal, Richard fight.. click around some more...

It's all schtick! Just like Manson is Ned. It makes the show funnier for new listeners, but the old folks don't need it. I stll find it funny from time to time though.

Paraphrase of George Takei on the 9/25 Wrap-Up..

Richard: "George inspires us to acts of gayness" (referring to antics with Sal)...

George: "If only I could inspire you to *manners...*"

The thing about Sal's behavior while visiting Mutt's home is just too much. This could destroy that girl if it gets out. Do people know Mutt's real name? Is there a chance that some turkeys at her school are Stern fans and have made the connection?? Teenagers can be cruel with internet blogging.

I wonder what her reaction was - or have Mutt and Kimba managed to keep it from her? When I was a teenager, I don't think I could have handled something like that. How much longer can the show keep protecting Sal? Wouldn't it have been better to have squelched this bit and kept the Stern fans at large from hearing about it?

Id have to agree, there is jokin around with the guys in the office whom all of which are over 18 and consenting to being in an enviornment where this type of behavior is accepted, even almost encouraged. But this was over the line with a minor possibly being damaged by all of this and in an environment where she was not consenting to the "joke".

I think Mutt is also partly to blame. He should have known better than to have those guys over to his house. He needs to accept responcibility and be a father first and "one of the guys" second. To often responcibility is set aside to join with the "in" crowd. He isnt setting a very good example for his kid.

Just my 2cents...

Funny how Richard is always a big part of these little escapades, but Sal always winds up "holding the bag."

Is there a Sirius "Final Solution" for Sal? It be nice to have a "Censured Sal" for 30 days. I heard the Tuesday Oct. 3rd Wrap-Up. Sal really over does it.

Richard came up with an interesting defense - I forget if it was the show or wrap. He was talking bout gearing his antics towards truck drivers and construction guys (a truck driver had just called in).
