Here's a call from "Clint" re-paternity trickery from the 7/3/06 show...
Did Clint get good advice?? What advice would you have given "Clint?" Your comments re the MM show are always welcome here. Miserable Men can be e-mailed through mizzmenshow@yahoo.com Maybe write the Stern show about the MM "Clint" call and any better advice you might have offerred Clint.. sternshow@howardstern.com The call started about 23 minutes into the show. Maybe Howard will talk about Miserable Men when he gets back from vacation.
Joey Boots made an appearance about 26 minutes into the show and was there for the duration. People who want Joey's participation might as well go "behind the curtain."

Can someone summarize what the show was about tonight? I missed it. We had to go with "her" parents to a 4th of July concert. |

| You'd fit right in Rush! First off was being forced to go to 'her' parties; then the Clint call; then Joey and the 'single vs relationship;' then the 'sleaze' (most embarrassing sex calls). In an hour, it's hard to give things the attention or even consider being serious. |

Hopefully, people don't call in to comedic radio shows expecting sincere advice, because he sure wasn't getting any there. I think "Clint" got the money angle - He said something like "they're (her family) all on welfare; I'm a trucker; they see potential $800/month income" (paraphrased). I hope that fellow seeks legal advice and insists on paternity testing. I don't have an upside-down flag smiley, but this child support - welfare thing has it's downside. That show is a tad sleazy for my taste. Wish they'd stayed more serious.
Think about the troops while you enjoy your 4th... _________________

According to a post at MiserableMen.net, there will be a show on July 10th. Maybe Riley's "mothership" came for him already and the rest of us missed out. Anyway, Bob is looking for topic suggestions over there. |

1st Half, 7/17/06, 16k
The first half (28 min) includes the Miserable Men discussion of the man who blew up himself & his house in NYC, rather than sell it as part of the divorce settlement and a phone call from Howard.
Belated short clip from 7/10/06 - Omar's GF sent him to a shrink. The shrink told him to dump the GF. |

How come no-one's talking about last night's Miserable Men Show?
It was good to see they're still friends after all that forum and Stern show uproar last week. There was one good call concerning paternity and other men's issues amidst all the locker-room jabber. Could someone do a clip of that please? |

Sal was on to talk about "Kill-Or-Be-Killed." Can't wait until that airs. I think the guys' weekend gigs and getting together at Caroline's to tape Sal's show started the "healing process" from all last week's garbage. That show should be longer, weekly, or something.
