Yeah he did come on, they pranked him big time... Artie "came out" to Takei in private, but the whole thing was being videotaped... and they played it on the show the next day. Needless to say Takei was very embarrassed (he even broke down during Artie's private coming out and told some very personal things to Artie) and now Artie has promised to not say "faggot" in 2008 or pay $100 each time he says it on the show.
