BERNE Delores A. Sis (Slingerland) Curro, 69, of Berne died Saturday, May 27, 2006 at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Born Delores Ann Duell on April 18, 1937 in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Hubert H. Duell and Doris and Leonard Parker. A graduate of Berne-Knox-Westerlo High School, class of 1955, she enjoyed the country and living in the Helderbergs. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and was very fond of her canine companion, Cody. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, the late Joseph Curro. Survivors include her children, Laura (Bill) Casey, Kenneth (Doreen) Slingerland, Scott Slingerland, Ronald Slingerland, Michael (Lindy) Slingerland, Traci (Keith Pepicelli) Lee, Joel (Faye) Curro and Jeffrey Curro; brothers, Kenneth (Beverly) Duell of Lake Wales, Fla. and Leonard Parker; a sister, Shirley (Harry) Rarick; 19 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in South Berne Cemetery. |

Yeah now Jeff is on his own, he could be in some big problems. Sad that she passed away
