"Patriot" Broadcaster Hacked

The worlds of Conspiracy Theorists and the so-called American "Patriot" Movement, which at times overlap, are abuzz today as a former supporter of the largest "Patriot" media outlet has hijacked the network's website and broadcasting capabilities.

Wes Perkins, known as "Producer Paul Martin" to Republic Broadcasting Network's listeners, replaced RBN's websites, rbnlive.com and rbnlive.net, with a lengthy screed denouncing network owner and radio host John Stadtmiller as a volatile, borderline psychopath who rips off donors, kicks dogs and draws guns on fellow RBN radio show hosts.

To add insult to injury, Perkins then alleges that Stadtmiller is also a "snitch" who talks to police officials and bragged about getting Mark Koernke thrown into jail.

Martin writes that he "literally built Stadtmiller's network," donating his time producing "hours" of RBN programming and thousands of dollars in computer and broadcasting equipment. The straw that broke Martin's back came after Stadtmiller verbally attacked broadcasters Alex Jones and Jack Blood on a recent show, alluding to drug use and other improprieties. Stadtmiller also referred to Martin during the broadcast.

A fed-up Martin yanked his broadcasting equipment and domain names, asking to be paid "by proxy" for his services.

"I'm through dealing with this evil man, John Stadtmiller. I'm also through dealing with his right-hand man, whom I also once believed to be an upstanding patriot. I'm ashamed to have ever gotten involved with these evil creatures, and am sorry for helping Stadtmiller succeed to the extent where he has caused this community so much pain and suffering," Martin writes in his adieu.

As of this writing, RBN websites remain down and no broadcasts can be heard over shortwave or other broadcasting mediums.

Patriot Radio Hacked

A fellow broadcaster I share a network with has also experienced this. I haven't, but I don't tend to step on the toes he does. I support my friend, though I don't support all of his views.

There is no limit to freedom of speech. The Constitution does not give us this right, it tells the government it can't take that right away.
