| I looked for a minute or two... Wonder how far in advance that was filmed... He's a very fit and active fellow for his age. ..and I didn't think to check out his "growing problem" while he was in the swimsuit. He played like a strategist and sent his closest competor home, not a weak link. |

G. Gordon's partner quit before the isolation chamber round. He decided to go it alone. Once the round started, the women on the other two teams wanted to quit too.
The prize was a pair of custom motorcycles for the winning team.
John Melendez (aka Stuttering John) was there too. His partner quit mid-round (maggots in the chamber) and they were both out. G. Gordon held up the best of all of them. Must've been all that torture training he had in the military and CIA.
G. Gordon's going home with two choppers. His competition quit in the chamber round when they got shocked.
Show's not over yet, but I'll be surprised if G. Gordon doesn't go home with the grand prize... _________________

G. Gordon crashed in the last round, but still was the cool one. He won the prize he really wanted (custom cycles) anyway. Wish I had the stills of him meditating in the isolation chamber with the heat, smells, and bugs (crickets and maggots). |

Meet G. Gordon Liddy Saturday September 30th
12 Noon - 3:00 PM
Metropolitan Choppers will be front and center at the 2006 Atlantic City ChopperXPO showing off some of their more recent MC signature builds, and revealing a set of bikes designed and built exclusively for nationally syndicated radio personality, G. Gordon Liddy.
The bikes, designed by Metropolitan Choppers' Rick Hill and custom-built by Dan Kessinger and his MC Team, are based on fighter planes made famous during the WWII Battle of Britain. As a history buff with a special eye for World War Two aircraft, Mr. Liddy drew his inspiration for the build from old photos, personal drawings, and private recollections.
G. Gordon Liddy will be at the Metropolitan Choppers ChopperXPO Booth #1111 on Saturday, September 30th from Noon to 3:00pm to meet and greet his fans, share stories, and sign autographs.
Don't miss it! | Btw, liddyshow.us seems to be down, but liddyshow.com seems to be up... _________________

He wouldn't have been able to meditate through that round if he'd had a female partner screaming. Wasn't it John Melendez who panicked and quit first in that round? Didn't John's partner want him to keep going? Then the female in the other pair panicked - and that left G. Gordon the winner of that round. You're right, the meditation picture was priceless.
..and Lavish, the swim trunks the men wore were very loose fitting. John Melendez' practically came to his knees. Nothing to see there.
G. Gordon's been a motorcycle collector for years.
I heard Howard Stern talking about Stuttering John being on Fear Factor Wednesday, but he didn't mention G. Gordon at all.
What's going on with Liddy's websites? I could only get Liddy's Radio America page... http://www.radioamerica.org/Program2003/liddy.htm _________________ "We grow too soon old and too late smart..." quoted by Michael Savage... | I've been a Liddy fan for almost 10 years. I haven't watched Fear Factor for years, but when I saw that he was going to be on, I tuned in. I'm an even bigger fan of the GMan now. His performance on that show was awesome. That show was made for him. |

STURGIS, S.D., Aug 03, 2003 (AP Online via COMTEX) -- Convicted Watergate figure G. Gordon Liddy has set up shop here for the town's annual motorcycle rally.
Liddy, 72, rode his 2003 Harley-Davidson 1,846 miles from the Washington, D.C., area to Sturgis, arriving Thursday night. He planned to take part in book and calendar signings, a motorcycle ride from Mount Rushmore to the Buffalo Chip Campground and will broadcast his daily radio show.
In nearby town of Deadwood, the mayor has decided to designate Monday as G. Gordon Liddy Day in the gambling town.
On Thursday, Gov. Mike Rounds will proclaim August 7 as "G. Gordon Liddy Day" in South Dakota.
Liddy served four years and four months in prison for his role in the 1972 break-in at Democratic Party headquarters at the Watergate.
Jeff Jones, president of G. Gordon Liddy Network Productions, joined Liddy, a group of friends, business associates, a film crew and some calendar models for the ride.
"He rode it all the way," Jones said of Liddy. "I can't believe how well he did. He's in the best shape of his life."

Governor Retracts Honor for G. Gordon Liddy KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Reuters) - Whoops. South Dakota's Republican governor on Tuesday said he didn't mean to authorize a special day honoring convicted Watergate burglar G. Gordon Liddy. An official proclamation declaring Aug. 7 as an official "G. Gordon Liddy" day was an error, Gov. Mike Rounds said after publicity surrounding the proclamation generated outrage across the state. "We received a tremendous amount of feedback about this," said the governor's spokesman, Mark Johnston. Liddy, now a conservative talk show host, served 4-1/2 years in prison for his role in the bungled 1972 break-in... |
