The Friday Show took callers and was 'live.' The MTT is not live and requires fewer people on Friday. The crew is freed up to be off or catch up on stuff around the studio. Guess people can ask Bubba how the new schedule is working out in a couple of weeks.

Listening to Howard's show this week, especially Thursday's show, it sounds like there may be a rivalry or feud brewing between Howard and Bubba. Some sort of competition at least.

Nah, The Friday Show was good... kinda like and extended Wrap Up Show with flashbacks, extremely rare audio that Gary gave lots of great background on. Plus they had some funny ideas like the Sal & Richard's Rejected Bits, phone calls, they even started having strippers on. It had a much more laid back feeling than though. And, probably everyone was pissed off on coming in on Fridays when Howard, et al were off. That's probably the real reason we won't see it back.
