| Will there be an international "grey market" for Sirius stimulated by Stern the way there was a Canadian grey market before Canada allowed Stern back in? I noticed several SFN threads on the subject. |

| Streaming was a topic of discussion at the SFRT this week. They talked about the possibilities of Sirius offerring "streaming only" accounts (this could help international listeners - many of whom download). Of course this is probably wishful thinking. Surprising that there have apparently been so few bugs with streaming, so far. |

More than a few people I know are sharing their accounts with friends — they listen on a "real" radio and let friends listen on their computers. |

| The streaming is great. When I have a bad signal with the radio I switch to streaming. Vice versa. At first the streaming was choppy if I was doing other things on the computer, but it seems to be getting better. |

With the 24 hour/day replay, a lot of people can access the show via streaming. Not to mention pre-settable streaming radio recording software now available. _________________ Speech coach to 'special' comedians with budding radio careers. George Flowers did speech coaching on the side. Howard was advised to become a speech ferapist instead of a radio host. History would have been a lot different with no Howard... |

I agree with you, but the real test is the 25th and 26th! Hopefully it doesn't ruin my recording. We will find out how good word of mouth is. |

I'll be visiting on your planet during those two free trial days and signed up for the "guest subscription." I plan to have access to an Earth computer. Does the computer's owner need to download a player from somewhere in advance - or will a player simply pop-up? Also, the Earthling I have an appointment to listen with has what you Earthlings refer to as "Dial-Up." Is that a concern??
I'm eager to listen to my friend Riley during those two days. I hear he'll be doing "The Late Show" (what you Earthlings call Midnight). I guess Riley will fill me in more when I arrive on Earth.
