Normally, I'm not thrilled with the threads grumbling about H's vacations. He's done his time and they are what they are. But I wish he'd open the vault a little wider and let out more of the older stuff from the 80's and 90's. Thanks to some other fans, I have gotten to listen to several of the Christmas Shows from the 1980's and 1990's and they are great.
I'm just not keen on Best ofs from the current year. OK, so I have an excuse to do something else now.
..and what is with the "grinch-behavior" of causing YouTube to zap the Stern Christmas Appearance on Letterman (yeah, I know they only zapped the one there was a complaint about - and we're not going to publicly link to any other uploads of that)... So was Stern the "grinch" or was it CBS? _________________ "We grow too soon old and too late smart..." quoted by Michael Savage... God Bless America CAN be a sincere prayer... Unlike admin, I fancy grumbling about H's vacation, Robin, Beth, etc... Yesterday's replay wasn't so bad, the "shocking" bit was funny... But still.. open the vault on vacation Howard. Give the fans a treat of something they haven't heard this year. Bring the "History of Howard" back too. CBS got their settlement, didn't they?
What was the big deal about the Letterman clippage that someone felt they needed to tattle to mummy? |

Yeah, that would have rocked... they certainly have enough of them to fill up Howie's vacation! _________________

They did the December 16, 1988 show on Christmas Day. I, too, am getting bored with the recent "Best ofs" _________________ Speech coach to 'special' comedians with budding radio careers. George Flowers did speech coaching on the side. Howard was advised to become a speech ferapist instead of a radio host. History would have been a lot different with no Howard... |
