There was another Elliott outburst on the show Thursday. Your opinions here... I'm indifferent. A very little of EEO goes a long way... _________________ Speech coach to 'special' comedians with budding radio careers. George Flowers did speech coaching on the side. Howard was advised to become a speech ferapist instead of a radio host. History would have been a lot different with no Howard... |

I was surprised Baba-Booey admitted he recorded his phone conversations with Elliot. It's a felony to do so without the other party's consent in NY State. Hope Elliot doesn't figure this out. _________________

How someone's not "offed" Elliot yet is beyond me...
Not heard recent programs, so what was The Elegant One selling and not delivering on his website that got him in trouble? He's one of the most blatant lying hucksters I've ever seen; no sympahy for those suckers that lost...
Offen's definately not a necessary part of the scheme, imo. Shake it ouup! |

Don't most businesses like radio stations record in case some real loony threatens something, then actually does it? |

I was kinda exhausted from Elliot's last appearance. Listening to the older tapes, there was an energy there that made it fast paced and intense without the shrillness and overbearingness of the types of bits like Elliot and Crazy Alice Vs. Artie.
I don't know about that possible loophole that you're talking about Terry. Maybe Howard will talk about it on the air (although highly unlikely). _________________

Apparently, the news wants to be contacted... This was at the SIRIUS site...
| Quote: | HEY HOWARD! "I was glad to hear you found Eliot Offen "unlistenable". I cannot take him for more than a minute and I admit, I do the same thing...I turn him off. I never call or write, I just enjoy the non-stop laughs, but in this case I thought it would be important to remind you that you should not allow him ANY air time during your free webcast this month. Anyone on the fence about subscribing who hears him will surely NOT subscribe."
