Has there been any discussion or mention on the Show regarding the latest rumours of Van Halen reuniting (with Wolfgang, Ed & Val's 15-y.o. son replacing Mike Anthony)?
I've not been listening to every recent show - too much BS from Sal, Jason and other minor players. Show's been sucking lately, imo...

| I haven't heard... If VanHalen gets it together to promote something, he'll probably at least call Stern or arrange to take a call. I've noticed that celebs who are promoting something are on practically every show during a 1-2 week period. (Stern, Regis, Ellen, Letterman, Conan, Ferguson, and Today). Makes sense transportation-wise.. hit everything possible on each coast at same time. |

| Eddie hinted at this on his Stern visit a while back. He said something to the effect that VH would be back and as pure as ever (meaning all Van Halen's in the band). I'm pretty sure he also said that the kid was the best singer, guitar player and bass player of everyone in the group. He obviously won't be replacing Eddie, but singing and playing bass seems to be his spot. |

  Van Halen (ALL members) was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame(Shame??) this year, their first year of elegiblility. But the only members to show for the induction ceremony were bass player Micheal Anthony and Sammy Hagar! Ed's in rehab. Dave was prima-donna-ing. Alex does what Ed does.
WTF!?!? Damned shame... Slap in the face all around. |
